By supporting apprenticeships, we help learners make a smooth transition into employment – empowering them to become self-reliant and build stronger futures for themselves and their communities.
Creating real opportunities through local partnerships
We work closely with Kenyan businesses and organisations to secure apprenticeship placements for students who have completed secondary education.
These opportunities are designed to align with what students learn at school – and, in the future, at our upcoming TVET centre – ensuring that training is relevant, practical, and rooted in the needs of the community.
Our goal is to create sustainable pathways into employment by connecting young people with mentors, businesses, and industries that value their skills.
